Our team of dedicated professionals will answer your calls, take messages, schedule appointments, transfer calls to other departments, provide insurance verification, and much more!

Concierge Elite is a tailor-made program. We have services ranging from our overflow call center to providing you with specialized staffing to fit your needs. What makes us unique is that we handle all the overhead, payroll, human resources, and training so you don't have to!

How do I communicate with my remote employee?

A.

Great question! We fully integrate with your office. This means you can reach your employee via phone, texting platform, booking software, or whatever your current staff is doing.

How much does it cost?

A.

We have done everything we can to make it simple. Unlike our competitors, we don't count minutes or the number of tasks we perform.  We have a flat rate for each package, and that is it! One flat affordable monthly price, no worries about minutes, hours of training, PTO, health insurance, and payroll, it's all included!

How do you book appointments?

A.

Your highly-trained employee is fully trained to your clinic's specifications and specific software. You shouldn't notice a difference between your remote employee and office employee booking appointments. In most cases, we can have all the information we need within a 1-hour meeting with you and your team.

My software is on-premises, not cloud based, can I still use your team?

A.

Not all software is created equally. While cloud-based software is straightforward, we understand not everyone has that option. No worries! We partner with some of the leading software in the industry. We can remote into your on-premises software and book accordingly. We've got you covered; our IT Support will handle everything from designated computer setup to installation and follow-up tech support!

How long does the process take?

A.

Our process takes as little as 2-hours of your time. We have two forms you will need to fill out, a 30-minute meeting so we can become friends and a 1-hour training meeting to ensure your agent is fully integrated into your office. That's it! Concierge Elite handles everything else! But don’t worry if you want to meet with us more, you can!

How do you know our policy?

Firstly, we prepare protocol documents that reflect as many details of your policies and procedures as we can-this way both your in-house and remote team can handle urgent situations and specific appointment details. As the training progresses, additional details emerge that we continue to add and perfect. By the end of the day, your team and ours have a script that's effective and efficient for your front desk.

When can I start?

A.

I'm glad you asked! In short, you can start on the 1st or 15th of any month! Our onboarding specialists are working around the clock to get everyone trained, so your agent is ready to go when you are! We only need 2 hours of your time; then, from there, you pick your launch date of either the 1st or 15th of the month.

It's understandable that hiring a new team member comes with many questions. As a company, we have a sales and leadership team that specializes in answering your questions and making sure you get the most out of the people you hire.
